يعتبر رأس المال الفكرى أهم أصول المؤسسات فهو الركيزة الأساسية التى تقوم بالبناء والتطوير، فعندما تمتلك المؤسسات رأس مال فكرى متميز ذو كفاءة عالية، ويظهر ذلك بوضوح من خلال إمتلاكها لإدارة معرفة قوية ودقيقة فى تسجيل وتحليل البيانات والمعلومات مما يساهم فى تطوير إستراتيجيات المؤسسة بتزويدها بمدخلات فعالة تمر من خلال عمليات منظمة ومحددة فتفاعل العناصر الثلاثة معاً (رأس المال الفكري – إدارة المعرفة – التخطيط الإستراتيجي) يضمن تحقيق النمو الإستراتيجي المُستدام. ولكى نستطيع تطوير رأس المال الفكرى فعلينا أن نحاول أن نفهم ونفسر السلوك الإنساني فى بيئة العمل. وقد أثبتت سيكولوجية المنظمات دورًا حاسمًا في فهم السلوك الإنساني داخل بيئات العمل، مما يوفر إطارًا نظريًا قويًا لبناء أنظمة إدارة الأداء الفعالة. ومع التطور الملحوظ لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، أصبح من الممكن دمج هذه المعرفة النفسية مع التقنيات المتقدمة لتحسين عمليات تقييم الأداء واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. في هذا السياق، علينا أن نستفيد من إسهامات سيكولوجية المنظمات في بناء تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في إدارة الأداء.وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة إستثمار رأس المال الفكرى وتنميته لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة من خلال نظام حوكمة رشيدة، يعمل بأحدث التكنولوجيا المتطورة من خلال التحول الرقمي مما يضمن نمو مستدام للحصول على حصة سوقية متميزة فى المجال الصحي.أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري والمتمثل فى (الثروة الفكرية ومخزون المهارات – إستثمار وتنمية الموارد البشرية – الرضا الوظيفي) على تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة والمتمثلة فى (جودة الخدمات الطبية – رضا المريض – التنمية المستدامة). وأوصت الدراسة بــأنه يجب التركيز على الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري من خلال توفير برامج تدريبية متخصصة، وبناء ثقافة مؤسسية تشجع على التعلم والابتكار، وتوفير حوافز مادية ومعنوية للموظفين، وبناء علاقات تعاونية مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية. بالإضافة إلى ضرورة التأكيد على الإهتمام بالتثقيف الصحى للمرضى من خلال التوعية بحقهم فى المساواة فى الحصول على الخدمة الطبية، ومسئولياتهم بالمحافظة البيئة الداخلية والإلتزام التام بالتعليمات.

Intellectual capital is considered the most important asset of institutions, as it is the basic foundation that builds and develops. When institutions possess distinguished intellectual capital with high efficiency, this is determined by their possession of a strong and accurate knowledge management in recording and analyzing data and information, which contributes to developing the institution’s strategies by providing it with effective inputs that pass from Through organized and specific processes, the interaction of the three elements together (intellectual capital - knowledge management - strategic planning) ensures the achievement of sustainable strategic growth.In order to develop intellectual capital, we must try to understand and explain human behavior in the work environment. Organization psychology has proven a crucial role in understanding human behavior within business environments, providing a strong theoretical framework for building effective performance management systems. With the development of artificial intelligence, it has become possible to combine this psychological knowledge with advanced technologies to improve performance evaluations and managerial decision-making. In this context, we must benefit from the contributions of organizational psychology in building artificial intelligence applications in performance management.This study aims to study the investment and development of intellectual capital to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage through a rational governance system that operates with the latest advanced technologies through digital transformation, which ensures sustainable growth for a distinct market share in the health field.The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between intellectual capital, represented by (intellectual wealth and stock of skills - investment and development of human resources - job satisfaction) and achieving a sustainable competitive advantage, represented by (quality of medical services - patient satisfaction - sustainable development).The study recommended that emphasis should be placed on investing in human capital by providing specialized training programs, building a corporate culture that encourages learning and innovation, providing material and moral incentives for employees, and building collaborative relationships with academic institutions. In addition, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of health education for patients by raising awareness of their right to equal access to medical services, their responsibilities to maintain the internal environment, and their full commitment to instructions.
