Doxorubicin (DXR) is widely used in the treatment of many human cancers but unfortunately it causes various toxic effects and a significant number of patients develop resistance . Vitamin E succinate (VES) redox - silent analogue of vitamin E is a promising anti- cancer agent . The present study aimed to examine the combined effect of VES and DXR regarding toxicity and antitumor activity in animals
