هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجدانى وكل من السلوك القيادى واتخاذ القرار لطفل الروضة وتكونت العينة من(176) طفلا وطفلة تتراوح أعمارهم من (5-6) سنوات بالمستوى الثانى ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء أدوات الدراسة التالية وتشمل (مقياس الذكاء الوجدانى لطفل الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) موزع على الأبعاد التى حددها ( جولمان 2000) ( الوعى بالذات – إدارة الانفعالات – التعاطف – الدافعية – المهارات الاجتماعية ) و(مقياس السلوك القيادى لطفل الروضة )( هدية حسان،2021) موزعه على الأبعاد (التواصل- التفاوض – تحمل المسئولية ) و (مقياس إتخاذ القرار لطفل الروضة) (إعداد الباحثة) موزع على الأبعاد التى حددها (سجان الملحم، 2013) ( بعد التروى –بعد التردد – بعد التسرع)، وتم تطبيق المقاييس من وجهة نظر المعلمة وتم حساب الخصائص السيكومترية لهذة المقاييس

The current study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and both leadership behavior and decision-making for kindergarten children The sample consisted of (176) male and female children aged (5-6) years in the second level. To achieve the objectives of the study, the following study tools were built, including (the emotional intelligence scale for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher) distributed along the dimensions specified by (Goleman 2000) (Self-awareness - Emotion management - Empathy - Motivation - Social skills)) And (Leadership Behavior Scale for Kindergarten Children) (Hadiya Hassan, 2021), divided into dimensions (communication - negotiation - assuming responsibility). (Decision-making scale for kindergarten children) (prepared by the researcher) is divided into the dimensions specified by (Sajjan Al-Mulhim, 2013) (the dimension of deliberation - the dimension of hesitation - the dimension of haste). The measures were applied from the teacher’s point of view and the psychometric properties of these measures were calculated
