هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التنمر في بيئة العمل وكلًا من الأعراض الاكتئابية والرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين، ومعرفة الفروق فى التنمر فى بيئة العمل تعزى إلى النوع، وعوامل الشخصية للمعلمين، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بنوعيه (الارتباطي، والمقارن)، والمنهج التنبؤي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من(319) معلمًا، (110 ذكور، 209 إناث) من المدارس التابعة للإدارت التعليمية بمحافظة القاهرة، تراوحت أعمارهم بمتوسط عمري ما بين (22-53) سنة، استخدمت الدراسة الأدوات الآتية: مقياس التنمر فى بيئة العمل –إعداد الباحثة، مقياس الأعراض الاكتئابية –إعداد آرون بيك1979، ترجمة وتعريب أحمد عبد الخالق1996 ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي –إعداد الباحثة، مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية –إعداد كوستا وماكري1992، ترجمة وتعريب بدر الأنصاري2002. وأسفرت النتائج إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرى التنمر في بيئة العمل والرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين ضحايا التنمر، توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرى التنمر في بيئة العمل والأعراض الاكتئابية للمعلمين ضحايا التنمر، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين ضحايا التنمر عينة الدراسة على مقياس التنمر في بيئة العمل طبقًا لمتغيري النوع، السن، مستوى التعليم، الخبرة، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين عينة الدراسة على مقياس التنمر في بيئة العمل طبقًا لمتغير عوامل الشخصية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الدرجات على مقياس التنمر في بيئة العمل في متغيري الأعراض الاكتئابية والرضا الوظيفي، يسهم التنمر في بيئة العمل في التنبؤ بالأعراض الاكتئابية والرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ضحايا التنمر عينة الدراسة.

The objective of this study was to identify the associations between Work Environment Bullying and Symptoms of Depression among teachers, as well as the associations between Work Environment Bullying and job satisfaction among teachers.The study aimed to understand the differences in Work Environment Bullying according to the variables of Type and Personality Factors among teachers. The research adopted arelational descriptive approach, comparative analysis and the predictive method. including a sample of (319) teachers (110 males, 209 females) from Schools Educational Administration in Cairo Governorate, with an average age between 22 and 53 years. Various assessment tools were employed, including aresearcher- developed Work Environment Bullying scale, the Symptoms of Depression scale (developed by Beck1979, translated and Arabized by Ahmed Abdel Khaleq 1996). aresearcher- developed Job Satisfaction scale and a Personality Factors scale (developed by Costa & Mc Crae1992, translated and Arabized by Badr Al-Ansari, 2002).
The findings revealed asignificant negative correlation between Work Environment Bullying and Job Satisfaction among teachers who were victims of bullying, as well as asignificant positive correlation between Work Environment Bullying and Symptoms of Depression, Additionally, the study identified significant differences in average teachers’ victims of bullying grades in the study sample on the Work Environment Bullying scale according to variables such as kind, age, education level, and experience, as well as significant differences in average teachers’ grades in the study sample on the Work Environment Bullying scale according to Personality Factors. There were also significant differences between high and low grades on the Work Environment Bullying scale in terms of Symptoms of Depression and Job Satisfaction. Notably, Work Environment Bullying contributed to predicting Symptoms of Depression and Job Satisfaction among teachers’ who were victims of bullying in the study sample.
