هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تنمية بعض المهارات الناعمة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال باستخدام برنامج تدريبى في ضوء نظرية الاهتمامات ، و تعتمد هذه الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي باستخدام القياس القبلي والقياس البعدى للمجموعة التجريبية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 30) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة كفر الشيخ واستخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأدوات : قائمة المهارات الناعمة ،بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الناعمة ، أختبار المهارات الناعمة (إعداد الباحثة ) وقامت الباحثة بمعالجة مشكلة الدراسة بإعداد برنامج تدريبى لتنمية بعض المهارات الناعمة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال ( إعداد الباحثة) ، وبعد أن تأكدت الباحثة من صدق و ثبات عينة الدراسة التى تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية ،ووقع الاختيار على رياض الأطفال الملحقة بمدرسة الشهيد مصطفى سمير بدوى للغات الرسمية بكفر الشيخ ومدرسة الوحدة العربية ، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية دلالة الفروق احصائيا بين متوسط درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال فى القياس القبلى من حيث المهارات الناعمة لتجانس العينة ، قيم معاملات تشبع المفردات على الأبعاد المستخرجة لأختبار المهارات الناعمة ، معاملات الثبات للأختباربطريقة الفا كرونباخ و معاملات الثبات بطريقة التجزئة النصفية،و التحليل العاملي الاستكشافى لبطاقة الملاحظة بتحليل المكونات الأساسية بطريقة هوتلنج ، ثم تدوير المحاور بطريقة فاريمكس Varimax لملائمة حجم العينة للتحليل العاملى ،معاملات الثبات بطريقتى الفا كرونباخ و اعادة التطبيق لثبات بطاقة الملاحظة اختبار " ت"لايجاد الفروق بين متوسطى درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية بعض المهارات الناعمة في ضوء نظرية الاهتمامات و بعد التطبيق على (أختبار وبطاقة ملاحظة ) المهارات الناعمة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وقد تحققت فروض الدراسة وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة :إلى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية بعض المهارات الناعمة لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء نظرية الاهتمامات

The current study aimed to develop some soft skills among kindergarten teachers using a training program in light of the theory of interests. This study relies on the experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design based on the design of two groups (experimental and control) using pre-measurement and post-measurement for the experimental group, and the study sample consisted of Of (30) kindergarten teachers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, the study used a set of tools: a soft skills observation card, a soft skills test (prepared by the researcher). The researcher addressed the problem of the study by preparing a training program to develop some of the soft skills of kindergarten teachers (prepared by the researcher) After the researcher confirmed the validity and reliability of the study sample that was chosen intentionally, the choice fell on the kindergartens attached to the Martyr Mustafa Samir Badawi Official Language School in Kafr El-Sheikh. The researcher used statistical methods to indicate the statistically significant differences between the average grades of kindergarten teachers in the pre-measurement from Where soft skills homogeneity of the sample, values of vocabulary saturation coefficients on the dimensions extracted for the soft skills test, reliability coefficients for the test using the Cronbach alpha method and reliability coefficients using the split-half method, and exploratory factor analysis of the observation card by principal components analysis using the Hotelling method, then rotating the axes using the Varimax method to fit the sample size. For factor analysis, reliability coefficients using the Cronbach's alpha and re-application methods for note card reliability, a "T" test to find differences between the average grades of kindergarten teachers before applying the training program to develop some soft skills in light of the theory of interests and after applying it to (test and note card) the soft skills of Kindergarten teachers: The study hypotheses were fulfilled, and the results of the study led to the effectiveness of a training program to develop some soft skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the theory of interests.
