يهدف البحث الحالى: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم الملف التدريبي الحالي لطلاب شعبة مطاعم خدمة الوجبات السريعة بالقسم الفندقي لمدارس التعليم والتدريب المزدوج، ووضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق أهداف التعليم والتدريب المزدوج لإخراج طالب ذو مهارة عالية تساعده على التوافق مع مطالب سوق العمل، وشارك في الدراسة منجهة وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفنى عدد (10) مشرفين يمثلو (4) محافظات، من جهة المدارس والسادة مديري المدارس وعددهم (6) مديرين، والسادة موجهي المواد الفندقية وعددهم (3) موجهين من (3) محافظات ومن جهة شركة المطاعم المسئولة عن التدريب شارك عدد (10) من مديري المطاعم وعدد (4) من المشرفين على التدريب داخل الشركة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى حيث يعتقد الباحث أن استخدامه لهذا المنهج يتيح له الحصول على معلومات وبيانات دقيقة حول مشكلة الدراسة، ومعالجتها وتحليلها تحليلًا دقيقًا، وتوصل الباحث الى ضرورة اعداد الملف التدريبي لطلاب شعبة مطاعم خدمة الوجبات السريعة بالقسم الفندقي لمدارس التعليم والتدريب المزدوج بناء على امعايير التى تم اقتراحها.
The study aimed to evaluate the current training file for students of the fast food service restaurants division in the hotel department of dual education and training schools and develop a proposed vision to achieve the goals of dual education and training to produce a highly skilled student that will help him adapt to the demands of the labor market, From the side of Ministry of Education and Technical Education (10) supervisors from (4) governorates. From the side of the schools (6) principals, and the (3) subject supervisors from (3) governorates, and from the side of the company (10) Restaurants responsible, (10) restaurant managers and (4) supervisors participated in the training within the company. The researcher used the descriptive approach, as the researcher believes that using this approach allows him to obtain accurate information and data about the problem of the study, and to treat and analyze it accurately. The researcher concluded that it is necessary to prepare the training file for the students of the fast-food service restaurants division in the hotel department of dual education and training schools based on the standards that was suggested.
