هدف البحث تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي لمدخل الهيتاجوجي، والكشف عن الأسس الفلسفية للقيادات التربوية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال، وأهتم البحث بإلقاء الضوء علي تطوير أداء القيادات التربوية من خلال النهج الهيتاجوجي، والتعرف علي أثر التطوير والتدريب المستمر للقيادات التربوية وأثرة علي مخرجات التعلم، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لكونه ملائم لطبيعة البحث من خلال إعداد استبانه لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة البحث من القيادات التربوية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال قوامها (54) قائد تربوي بمحافظة القليوبية، وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج أهمها نُدرة البرامج التدريبية اللازمة لتطوير مهارات القيادات التربوية، ضعف معرفة القيادات التربوية بتوظيف وتطبيق النهج الهيتاجوجي، صعوبة استخدام المنصات التعليمية الرقمية، وقد قامت الباحثة بعمل تصور مقترح " واقع تطوير أداء القيادات التربوية برياض الأطفال في ضوء مدخل الهيتاجوجي"، وتوصي بتبني صانعي القرار والمخططين للبرامج التدريبية والاحتياجات المهنية للقيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية والتعليم، وذلك العمل علي تطوير المعايير المهنية والتدريسية الخاصة بالقيادات التربوية والمعلمين في المنظومة التعليمية.

The research aims to identify the conceptual framework of the Heutagogical approach, and uncover the philosophical foundations of educational leadership in the kindergarten stage. The research focuses on shedding light on enhancing the performance of educational leaders through the Heutagogical approach, understanding the impact of continuous development and training of educational leaders on learning outcomes. The researcher used a Descriptive approach it is suitable for the nature of the research by preparing a questionnaire to collect data. The research sample consisted of educational leaders in kindergarten in Qalyubia Governorate, with a total of 54 educational leaders. The research reached several conclusions, including the scarcity of necessary training programs to develop the skills of educational leaders, the lack of knowledge among educational leaders in deploying and applying the Heutagogical approach, the difficulty in using digital educational platforms. The researcher proposed a concept "The Reality of Developing the Performance of Educational Leaders in Kindergarten in Light of the Heutagogical Approach", recommending decision-makers and program planners in the Ministry of Education to work on developing professional and academic standards for educational leaders and teachers in the educational system.
